Our most common service. Fortnightly meetings to review actions and accountability for the previous fortnight. Plan the next fortnight with specific outcomes. $700 per month
Results Delivery Package
Next step from accountability. In this instance, meetings become weekly. Allows flexibility for more team member involvement. Great for teams who are moving quickly and need high levels of accountability. $1300 per month
High Level Live Day
A day for the team to develop in areas of sales and management. These live days are tailored to what your business specifically needs. Can cover anything from mindset, and sales skills right through to specific management challenges. This is price on application.
About us
It began when I started hearing excuses. Oh, the market is tough. Customers aren't spending. Our prices have gone through the roof. I stopped and thought to myself, "I never heard anyone say, oh my sales are good because the market conditions are strong". The reality is that sales is activity based, not luck, and I want to shift that dial for businesses.
